Payment of Fixed Penalty fines can be made by debit or credit card online or by phone. You will need to have the How to Make a Fixed Penalty Payment and Submit Your Licence Details letter, which states the offence details needed when paying the fine.

Driving licences should be sent along with the completed Fixed Penalty Application Form (page 3 of the Notice of Intended Prosecution) to the Conditional Offer Unit office for endorsement. You can also send full payment of the Fixed Penalty fine by cheque or Postal Order if you do not want to or are unable to pay the fine online or by phone.
